RStudio is a global, open source coding company. When they came to Austin they hired the professionals at Zodiac Studios to produce, direct and live stream multiple, simultaneous sessions of their 2 day conference at the Fairmont Hotel. They had over 2,500 participants and 25 sessions in 3 different rooms. We worked closely with the RStudio Team to ensure the event’s complete success.
Zodiac Studios provided the cameras, operators, switchers, encoders, technical director, director and producers. We also provided RStudio with embed codes for each live stream room so that RStudio could place these individual sessions on their website and people from around the world could watch the sessions they were interested in.
They also asked us to edit each of their 25 live streamed sessions and provide it for them by the next week. We had it to them the next day! They loved working with us so much they want to bring us to their 2020 conference in San Francisco. Thanks to PSAV and everyone else involved in the success of this event.
