When TPPF hosted their annual multi-day conference at the Hilton Hotel in Austin, Texas they called in the professionals at Zodiac Studios to live stream multiple panel sessions simultaneously to a single page on their website. We were able to give them 4 separate embed codes (one for each session) and then install this on their website. Viewers could then choose from all 5 sessions and join the one they wanted. They also tasked us to edit each session and upload each to their YouTube channel same day. We were able to accomplish this by bringing in an onsite editor and a DIT.
